Abstract: Exploring conflict theory and finding the right balance between artificial harmony and creative conflict in a team or organization is crucial when moving towards high-performing teams. In this session, you learn different models for dealing with conflict, understand conflict escalation and various types of disputes, and handle conflict in a group.
