This project is one of five Scrum projects with industry partners that were part of the Winter 2022/23 AMOS Projects. Project Summary

Project mission Our project mission is to create a prototype version of a shared desk management system in the given timeframe as a web application supporting the most important requirements of our industry partner. Our system will cover basic booking functionalities for users as well as resource and user management for admins. To meet this goal, we will maintain a strong relationship within the team and with the industry partner and work together in a friendly atmosphere.

Project summaryIn the AMOS project our team successfully accomplished the development of a shared desk management system, Deskstar, which met the project objectives. Deskstar provides users with a convenient platform to reserve desks for their office visits, and effectively manage their reservations. Additionally, company administrators are empowered to oversee users and various resources, such as locations, buildings, floors, rooms, and desks. The system is designed to be multi-tenant, allowing multiple companies to register for the service. The dedicated project team successfully delivered 81 user stories and 333 story points.
