Speaker: Sebastian is an Information Systems Analyst from Las Breñas, Argentina. After starting as a developer in 2014, he switched to Product in 2016, progressing from Business Analyst to Product Owner. In 2019, driven by his passion for collaboration, he became an Agile Coach. This new path led him to Montevideo, Uruguay, and then to Berlin in 2022. He has taught Agile methodologies in vocational training programs in Chaco and at UCU (Universidad Católica del Uruguay) in Uruguay. Sebastian’s focus is on empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and facilitating continuous growth in the always-changing software development context.
