We just discovered this “impediment” in one of the 2013 AMOS project’s impediment backlog, properly noted by the Scrum Master on duty:
Developers built features which were not required for this sprint. They did this because of their intense motivation.
We are thoroughly in awe about the energy and enthusiasm of our students.
