If you have taken or intend to take a course at another university and want it applied to your FAU degree program, try the form below (course equivalence or “learning agreement” approval requests).
If you are an IIS student, you can submit a request for any computer science course. If you are of any other degree program, you can only submit a request for course equivalence with one of our courses. IIS students please list the Study Abroad Course, other students please list our specific course you want equivalence to be tested for.
You have to fill in the form for each course, once. For each course, you then have to submit, on paper the following:
- Printed and signed form we provide you with
- Course description of course you want to have recognized
- Explanation of credit point equivalence (non-Bologna universities only)
Once you submitted your request, expect to hear from us within two weeks.
