These are our courses in summer 2024 (April through July), how to register for them, and their current status:

The status indicators have the following meaning:
- Not-open-yet means course registration has not yet started; please don’t send email.
- Open means you can declare your participation interest (always through the StudOn section).
- Waitlist means the max. number of students has been reached; you can still join the waitlist.
- Closed means registration for the course, including the waitlist, is not possible any longer.
- Talk to us means what it says.
Registration / interest declaration
For all our courses, FAU students declare their interest in participation by joining the StudOn section. The README linked to above and also in the StudOn folder explains how registration will proceed. Please read it carefully and proceed accordingly.
- Most notably, joining the StudOn section only declares your interest in participating in the course. It does not mean that you got a seat. Seat selection only takes place the week(end) before classes start. All StudOn sections are open to anyone.
- If you end up on the StudOn waitlist, you don’t fulfill the formal requirements and need to fix this yourself (we can’t help you and we won’t admit anyone where the system tells us they are not eligible, because we won’t be able to enter a grade.)
Anyone sending us email, asking to skip the line, will be sent to the end of it. Everyone has to come to the first class session. If you have not been assigned a seat and want to maintain your chances of getting in, please come to the first class session.
If you think you have to send us email, please read this post again. If you still think you have to send email, don’t send them to Prof. Riehle, send them to the teaching team. The teaching team alias can be found in the sheet linked to under Code in the table above.
