Abstract: Change is hard and requires energy. There are many approaches to support teams and individuals to change their working environment, from small iterative improvements to large scale transformation. This talk invites you to think about these activities as either being system-led, or story-led. Anwen will explore her first 6 months in a transformation through this lens, and hope it will give you a framework for entering your next workplace with a view to leading authentically.
Speaker: Anwen has a long fascination with how people ascribe meaning and value to what they do and what it says about who they are. From art history to volunteer-run organisations, Berlin FinTech startups to her new home in Public Health, Anwen has helped teams get to the heart of why they’re expending effort.
