If you would like to perform your final thesis with our group, please take a look at some of our available topics or talk to us in person. Once there is agreement on the thesis topic, you will have to register your thesis. You can do this right away or delay it based on your circumstances.
When you are ready to register, please do so electronically by using this
If you don’t receive an email confirmation within minutes after registering, please send an email to let us know that you registered but didn’t get a confirmation right away.
After this, for the registration to proceed, we need the following paperwork from you both in hardcopy and as an electronics scan (PDF):
- Agreement on performing a final thesis with our group.
- Contributor agreement for participation in our projects.
If your thesis touches confidential (to a third party, e.g. a company) data, you may have to sign this
non-disclosure (confidentiality) agreement (usually abbreviated as NDA).
There is no need to proactively sign the NDA; we will tell you if the project requires one.

If you don’t have a scanner, you can ask our secretary to scan it for you as you hand in the paperwork (next step). You need then to hand in all paperwork either by postal mail or in person. You can send advance email to our secretary to ensure he or she will be in.
