Abstract: Agile Coaching is often interpreted in different ways in different organizations, and one recurring issue is how Agile Coaches can demonstrate their impact and ramp up quickly their effectiveness, when demands vary. This is my take and blueprint on how to demonstrate to any organization why they did the right thing in hiring you.
Speaker: Educated in the UK, I have a background in public cloud infrastructure engineering, scrum mastering and agile coaching at all levels of global organisations, from team or squad level, to an entire product & tech department of 300+ people. Currently, I am supporting a technical and organizational transformation, guiding the evolution, growth, and team agility of a company which is new to tech and e-commerce.
