Abstract: Grace and Seba have worked closely together with teams developing software in a scaled agile context and aim to share how having an agile mindset (or not having one) affects day-to-day behavior and the overall success of the software development efforts. They will share perspectives from their own real-world experiences as a Senior Agile Coach and a Product Manager.

Speakers:

Grace is a senior agile coach who enjoys creating the kind of team environment that elevates that team to reach their potential and have fun doing so. She started out working on software and solving technical problems, and now enjoys working with people who work on software or technical problems. She excels at helping organizations solve people, process and communication problems. She has 6 years experience working with distributed teams and 10+ years of experience working in an agile software development context.

Seba is a product manager who enjoys supporting teams hacking complex and dynamic market challenges. With a passion for aligning client expectations with corporate capabilities, Seba excels at breaking down intricate problems and translating technical jargon into business roadmaps. She’s a natural at assisting teams to unleash their full potential. With 2 years of experience in agile software development, Seba is just getting started on her journey in the exciting world of tech and data.
