Abstract: How do you ensure that a team is working with high focus on the right things? We will discuss practical industry examples from roadmap planning to backlog prioritization. In this interactive session, you will get hands-on experience in different estimation practices and learn about when and how to apply them.
Speaker: Philipp Schroeder is a Director in the IT department at Infineon Technologies AG, one of the ten largest semiconductor manufacturers worldwide and market leader in automotive and power semiconductors. Besides other topics, he is co-founder and one of the drivers of the company internal IT agile transition initiative. He consults, trains, coaches from single team towards scaled agile setup as well as from team member towards leadership and organizational level. Before joining Infineon, he looks back on a history in project management consultancy and operational excellence.
